As the head of Leading2Lean, Keith maintains our culture of continuous improvement. He brings experience gained both in the military and heading four government organizations, transforming them from performance failures to centers of operational excellence.
He believes every team member is vital to our success, regardless of role. By helping workers see the big picture, he instills greater appreciation for their roles, and how they contribute to the overall success of our customers.
Keith insists that plant managers needs truth, rather than simply data. Solving problems on the factory floor requires employee engagement, aligning of management objectives, and creating an environment that promotes constant enhancement of product and process.
Bob Argyle, CCO
As Leading2Lean’s Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Bob builds partnerships with our customers. He ensures best practices are leveraged to help reach their greater and greater success.
Bob brings twenty-three years of manufacturing and engineering experience with Autoliv Inc., the world’s largest automotive safety supplier. He completed training in both the U.S. and Japan on the philosophies and implementation of the Toyota Production System (TPS), which led the development of the Leading2Lean system.
Bob believes managers must continually improve processes, rather than hiding behind data suggesting that perfection has been achieved. He strives to equip customers with easy-to-use tools to close performance gaps and increase profits and satisfaction.
Tyler Whitaker, CTO & COO
Tyler brings a long history developing and operating large-scale Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and solutions. In his role as CTO & COO, he consults with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking manufacturers in the world. He injects their best ideas and practices into our solutions and operation.
He believes embracing a continuous improvement is the only way to compete in today’s manufacturing industry. Empowering employees to improve efficiency, not only helps the bottom line, but also promotes an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
